      If an item I want is out of stock. What can I do? You can write to and we will try to get you what you are looking for as soon as we can.
      Where and how do I use the promo code? The discount code can be used while checking out on our online website.
      Do you have gift wrapping services? Yes! A large number of our costumers by our products as gifts and we offer gift wrapping services in store and online.




      How long does shipping take?
        • Spain - arrive within 24-72 business hours
        • International - arrive within 5-10 business days

      How do I found out the status of my order?

      We try to keep the shipping cost as affordable as possible for our costumers. 

      • If you want to be able to track your order, you must choose the certified shipping option.
      • If you choose the standard shipping we will not be able to track your order.
      Can I have the delivery address changed? We cannot change the shipping address for orders once they have already been dispatched. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.
      What happens if I am not in to receive my order? If you are not at home to receive your order the courier will get in touch with you via phone or email to confirm the delivery. If you are unable to receive your items and they are returned to us, we will happily re-arrange delivery, but you will be expected to cover the re-shipping cost. If at this point you wish to receive a refund we can do this, minus the cost of the original shipping. 




      What forms of payment do you accept?
      • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
      • We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders by email.
      • Please note that online orders may be charged before your order ships.
      Do you charge sale tax?  Tax is included in all our prices.
      Is your site secure?

      Your E-commerce transactions take place in Shopify, and your payment is handled by Paypal. They both use industry-standard SSL encryption. If you have any questions about secure commerce, please contact costumer service using our contact form.

      Is my personal information kept private? We do not resell or distribute your address, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will be only used if either us or the courier delivering your package need to contact you with a question regarding your order.




      What is the return policy? If you are not happy with a product you can contact us within 30 days of the reception for return or refund. Just presenting the corresponding purchase receipt
