PERSONALISED ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 1 WEEK EXTRA.
All orders from Spain have a shipping fee of €3.50. If your order is greater than €60 then shipping is free! We send out your order as quickly as we can once we have received it, although sometimes this can take 2-3 days. We are now using a tracked shipping service for all orders, so as we fulfil your order you will receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery will generally be 24-72 hours after shipping.
Shipping to anywhere in Europe has a cost of €6.50 and is dispatched within 2-3 days from your order being placed via a courier service (UPS, Correos Express etc). Shipping usually takes between 24-72 hours depending on where you live, however can sometimes take up to 5 days.
Rest of the World
Shipments to the rest of the world cost €12.90, even if the cost to us is significantly more. We will dispatch your order within 2-3 days of you placing it via a courier service (UPS, Correos Express etc). Shipping usually takes between 24-72 hours depending on where you live, however can sometimes take up to 5 days.
Note: Please use the tracking emails provided by the courier service to get updates on your orders. We have decided to switch all orders to certified deliveries to give you better transparency on shipping and stop orders going missing!
Note 2: If the courier company is unable to deliver to you they will get in touch via phone or email. If they are unable to complete the delivery and it is returned to us then we will happily re-arrange shipment, however you will be expected to cover the re-shipping costs. In the case you wish to receive a refund we will provide this, minus the cost of the initial shipping.
If you make an order to collect in store there is no additional charge. We will have your order ready to collect 24h after purchase in our main store located in Carrer del Pi 11, Barcelona, 08002. To receive your order, go straight to the cash desk and inform one of our extremely friendly staff that you are here to collect your order and show them the confirmation email (printed or electronic).
Note: When making an order to collect in store you will still need to put in a billing address.
Important Shipping Information
- The times we give here are estimates and may be subject to delays.
- During busy times (such as Christmas) shipping times may be extended.
- La Nostra Ciutat is not responsible for shipping delays. We do everything in our power to get your order sent as fast as possible, but once it is with the postal service it is out of our control.
- We will always support you with delays and non-delivered items so if there are any problems do get in touch.
We have a 30 day returns policy from date of delivery. If you wish to return items then please let us know via email and we will arrange collection.
Any items that are missing or arrive damaged we will immediately replace free of charge upon proof.
