WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Spain
All orders from Spain have a shipping fee of €2.95. If your order is greater than €60 then shipping is free! We send out your order as quickly as we can once we have received it, although sometimes this can take 2-3 days. We use Correos to ship your products, and although we get your order to them with great urgency they don’t always seem to feel the same. If there is a delay please try and give Correos some time to do their job!
Europe
Shipping to anywhere in Europe has a cost of €4.90 and is dispatched within 2-3 days from your order being placed via Correos (Spanish Postal Service). Shipping usually takes between 5 and 10 days depending on where you live. Often we find it is quicker to use the postal service than to walk to your address in person!
Rest of the World
Shipments to the rest of the world cost €9.90, even if the cost to us is significantly more. We will dispatch your order within 2-3 days of you placing it via Correos (Spanish Postal Service). Now whilst we treat your order with the utmost urgency, the postal service doesn’t always feel the same way. Therefore orders usually arrive between 7 to 21 days after purchase.
Note: If your item hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of purchase get in touch with us and we are then able to chase up the Postal Service to find out what has happened.
Store Pickup
If you make an order to collect in store there is no additional charge. We will have your order ready to collect 24h after purchase in our main store located in Carrer del Pi 11, Barcelona, 08002. To receive your order, go straight to the cash desk and inform one of our extremely friendly staff that you are here to collect your order and show them the confirmation email (printed or electronic).
Note: When making an order to collect in store you will still need to put in a billing address.
Important Shipping Information
- The times we give here are estimates and may be subject to delays.
- During busy times (such as Christmas) shipping times may be extended.
- La Nostra Ciutat is not responsible for shipping delays. We do everything in our power to get your order sent as fast as possible, but once it is with the postal service it is out of our control.
- We will always support you with delays and non-delivered items so if there are any problems do get in touch.
